Who is this for?
Equine Assisted Therapy offers valuable benefits to a diverse range of individuals, particularly those who may not have found success with traditional talk therapy. This approach is especially effective for those with a history of trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and survivors of abuse. Additionally, it can aid individuals recovering from eating disorders or substance abuse, veterans, and those who are neurodivergent. By fostering a unique connection with horses, participants can explore their emotions and experiences in a supportive environment.

What to expect
We incorporate parts of the Eagala method, which stands for Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association. This approach involves horses as active participants, allowing clients to interact with them on the ground. This non-judgmental process helps clients gain insights into their emotions while seeking solutions to challenges. The horses’ natural reactions reflect the client’s feelings, promoting self-reflection and growth without riding

Depending on the clients needs, these sessions can be either highly structured, or more client led.
